How does one give elevated access to @editpoints@ for Deepbot?

A streamer I mod for was trying to give me access to use !edit, which looked like this:

@editpoints@[@user@|10]
However, he doesn't know how to give me access, and neither do I, since I don't have the program. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: Never mind, we figured it out. You just click Channel Commands, find the command that has @editpoints@, click the Edit button, and click the little box that says User (Elevated Access).
