User database can't make Twitch name mod

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where i can't make a user in the database a mod lev 1 or lev 2, VIP works just mod when i tick the box and come back out of edit user and then go back in is unchecked, it was working.

has anyone come across this and if so how did you fix it?

Is the user yourself or the bot? These two accounts have higher level access, and as such can't be set to 1 or 2.
If not, please advise which user, and we can take a look.

there myself and a bot yes, does this mean within the channel commnads then they can run all levels of permissions? and level 9 is only for yourself and a bot as its says?

The bot and streamer have highest level of permissions automatically.
