VIP - Payment went through like normal, didn't renew?

Hello, my problem is pretty simple. I've had VIP for several months with recurring payments set up and have had no issues, however this month I no longer have VIP in the bot, even though my payment went through. I need VIP back ASAP and I'm not sure who to get in touch with. Thanks in advanced.

VIP is active for your account.  Make sure to restart VIP when the payment is made.

Thanks for getting back to me, however resetting the program, resetting and rerunning as administrator, and restarted my computer all failed to solve the problem. Limpy, a partnered twitch streamer, mentioned he was having the same problem in the DeepBot streamer chat. This apparently isn't an isolated problem and as of this post, neither of us have solved our issue.

I have messaged expertsonline about this, and we will see what he says when he gets online.  I can't see your payment for this month in our system so it could be it didn't go through?
