VIP Renewal

I set up reoccurring payments on Nov. 15th. I was hoping to have my VIP renewed but no luck so far. I'm curious if i did something wrong, any help would be appreciated.

You made your payment under your bot account and not your stream account.  Your VIP will be added manually soon, but please cancel your recurring payment and re-make it under your streamer name so that VIP is automatically added in the future.

Thank you for your help. I've canceled the recurring payment and re set it up under my stream account.
