How can I set up a Command for my Mods to use?

Anyway to do this right now? Like set up a command for Mods to run a giveaway or anything like that?

Your moderators have access to the commands that start and control raffles and auctions.  If you mean making custom commands for mods only that is not available at this time.  For a full list of commands see here:  http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/Bot+Commands&structure=Index&page_ref_id=6
