Bank Heist gives only part of what you wagered when you win

So, I got a message from a streamer I mod for, saying that Bank Heist was "taking points away when they win". I did the Bank Heist in his stream, wagered 50 points, I won, but I only got 40 points from the heist. He does have VIP, but I don't think that will help. Someone please help!

Only thing I can think of is if the win multiplier in the bank heist is lower then 1. In this particular case that multiplier being 0.8. Take the following image for example, which is the default configuration of the minigame



In the payouts section, you can see that that for level 1 bank heists (which, in the default configuration, is 1-10 people) the win multiplier is 1.5 meaning there will be a 25 point gain from the initial bet. Should that win multiplier be lower then 1 then it's the same effect of taking your credits to the bank and dropping some on the way out as you stroll out of the place.

In short, ask the streamer if their configuration for bank heists looks like above or if they have changed the win multiplier
