Hello I would like to change my accounts twitch

My current stream name is: ( ahtnamas_studio)
My current bot name is (ahtbot)

I would like to change my stream name to ( aka_schematics )
I would like to change my bot name to ( schematicsBOT )

I also would love to have the fade chat url if possible.
