Can I get my data back?

Reinstalled my computer and downloaded deepbot; however, all my viewers points are gone. I know you have to be a VIP to get it back, what if I was a VIP at one point? (Was recently) could I get that information back?

Unfortunately, for your account, the VIP expired months ago, so the could backups no longer exists.
