Is there anyway to automatically make all subscribers VIP's? Or do I have to manually do each one??

Also,
Is there any way to edit ranks?

I can move the existing subs to a VIP level of your choice on the back end. Just let me know which level would you like them to be assigned to (Bronze, Silver or Gold)

As for ranks, these are not customisable at this point in time.
