I don't want to display "User Points" or "Ranks" or anything like that in chat, so I don't have any channel command. Normally nobody should see their points because they're no commands, but everytime a user types only ! in chat, it shows their points. Just
!
nothing else. Why? I really don't want that.
Is there a solution for this problem?

Got Help in Streamer Chat. The solution is to check "Only allow points to be checked on bot chat" in Master Settings.
