Custom Follower Alert & Leaderboard

Can someone create these 2 things for me ?? im using deepbot and im after these styles for my livestream

This is the event style I'm after but instead of red I'm after it Light Blue http://prntscr.com/a52jcz
Its down as being Leaderboard
Im after it exactly like this 3 high in this hex color #6eb5aa


and can someone recreate the follower alert Professorbroman has in the top left of this stream where it slides in.
