Feature Request: Set Start and End time of Song in Playlist

One song request option I'd like would be to set the length of a song once it's in the playlist. There are some songs where I'd rather skip the start or end. I'm new to the bot so I might have missed this if it's already in there, if so, sorry!

I know the original post from this was from over a year ago (wow) but I only saw it recently so forgive me.
