Deepbot not giving points properlly?

Hi! Im kinda new to deepbot but I noticed something, Whilst I were streaming I had a dude watching me for over 2 hours. I have set so every 5 minutes you gain 10 points.
60/5 = 12      10*12 = 120 so he would ge 120 points if he watched 1 hour when im live. He watched me for 2,3 Hours and the wierd thing I noticed is that he only has 51 points? Even tho he has watched over 2 hours. I havent changed his points or anything?

What is the Normal User Multiplier set to? It is in the Loyalty Point Timer on the config tab?

Do you have "Only issue points to viewers in chat in the last x mins" checked? Config Tab > Master Settings > Point Options:
