gibt es die möglichkeit den VIP status im twitchchat anzuzeigen oder die schriftfarbe für VIP´s zu verändern?

Ja im Grunde ist es möglich.

Dazu einfach ein Plugin für twitch schreiben wie z.B. eines wie BetterTwitchTV und dort die API vom Bot benutzen. Oder Twitch fragen ob sie das ändern.
