View botting is/will always be a thing. Nothing they can really do to stop it. Even if you ban them, they will come back (because they do not need to verify their email when making a new account). If they say something in your chat, there is a feature to make only users with verified emails be able to chat in your twitch settings. If it happens to you, I would just send a message to twitch to let them know so your channel doesn't get banned or whatever.
