UPGRADE USERS Automatically or with Commands

I want to be able to automatically upgrade users to vip for a ccertian donation amount or do it manually with a command in chat. Is this possible?

You already can with donations. o.o

Config Tab > Donation Notifications Settings > VIP. You can set how much VIP is here.
