Raffle Ticket Glitch?

I think I posted this in the wrong area.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I had about 20 people enter a ticket raffle using their points. When they would buy tickets it would show up. But if they wanted to buy additional tickets their ticket count would reset.

Example: If a user bought 7 tickets (!ticket 7) then a few moments later wanted to buy 5 more tickets (!ticket 5) it would reset their total amount of tickets purchases to 5 instead of totaling to 12 tickets.

Everyone was having this issue. I only caught this because someone saw this happening. Is there something that I am doing wrong or a setting that I have on or off that shouldn't' be?

Any help is appreciated. It was a stressful time today because of this and I'm just hoping I can get this fixed before the next giveaway.

Well not really a bug, just how it has worked. Since the bot is correcting how many tickets you bought, instead of adding. What if someone wants only 2 tickets, instead of 7. :/

Ah ok so I tested it out and it works as you said. The system doesn't seem to take anyway any points until the raffle is completed or closed, so people are able to max out their tickets. I understand now. Thank you!
