Song Request Question

a stream i mod in and help them with setup is having an issue with deepbots song request

we setup the points system and people use points to request songs but some viewers songs are bumped to the top of the list and we can not figure out why

any information would be great thanks!

Lets say Viewer A requests 10 songs first on a fresh playlist, then Viewer B requests 1 song. So the first song plays then Viewer B's song would play next. Then if Viewer A requests another song, it would go below their current 10 songs. Hopefully that clears that up.
