I signed up 4 days ago to purchase but it won't let me saying that my account cannot be found I see that its still pending anyway to push this through?

You haven't made a payment. You need to make a payment in order for your application to be accepted.

My twitch is under S4mrotte I have an account I was trying to purchase the bot, Is there something I am missing?

You need a twitch account for the bot as well. So you will enter your stream name which is S4mrotte, then you will need another twitch account for your bot's name.

Example: Mine is RepentGamingTV and my bot is RepentGamingBot

Because your bot name has a space. Twitch account's don't allow spaces, that is why it is invaild.
