Check a users time

Is there anyway to make a mod command to check a users time spent in channel?  I saw in the custom commands how to make commands to check your own time, but didn't know of a way for a mod to check a users time similar to the way we use the !check command to see their points.

Make a command and put @lookupinfo@[@l_hours@,@target@]

At least i think that will work.
