Cant chat in streamer chat and need assistance

hi i recently cant chat in streamer chat on the bot and i need assistance ive asked for help for 2 days .. tried everything asked by the people in streamer chat now it just isnt working. can any direct me to get some help

Redo OAuth Logins on the Config tab?
Change Ports on the config tab?
Running deepbot as admin?
