How to subscribe VIP?

Hi, I am interested in subscribe for a VIP. But I couldnt click in the Sign Up button.
Anyone can help?

You will need to buy a Beta License which is a one time fee of $10 and gets you one month of VIP for free.

Then you can subscribe for VIP after your first month.
