donation popup not working properly

so the donation cheque is poping out but the name of the donator OR the message is not popping up, help?

can you confirm if decimal points are represented as "," in your location?

Some countries use a comma instead of a decimal point when it comes to separating units of money.

For example: In the UK, we would say something is £5.99, but in France they'd say it is 5,99.
