worst time with lecense permit

Keeps telling me that I tried to login with account when license  will only permit deepbot tried all the guides still tells me im wrong. can anyone explain this. getting upset that I paid 10 dollars and xip for 5 a month when this is just like pulling teeth. its says
"Incorrect account login. You have logged into account KriticalxBeatz. while your license only permits twitch account Deepbot. please login to the correct twitch bot account.

Did you make a twitch account for the bot to use with the name you have chosen?

Yup account is KrazyBeatBot but it says the license only permits Deepbot which doesn't make sense

Can you screenshot your config tab?

You are setup correctly as far as I can see.

Under Bot login, put your bot name and stream name in those boxes, then click on OAuth login for Bot login and login into the bot's twitch account, then do the streamer OAuth login and login into your stream twitch account.
