VIP Gone. Why?

Hi, my VIP has disappeared. I've checked paypal and next payment isn't due until Nov 21st and even then it's automatic payment. I've not had VIP since Nov 15th. I've tried reaching someone on Streamer Chat but not having any luck. Can someone help please?

It hasn't been completed on our end. I would maybe cancel your subscription, and re-do it?

What's 11-16 got to do with anything? I wasn't billed on 16th and next bill shows to be on the 21st. I'm not understanding what happened.

If I cancel and set up sub again, I'll have to redo notifications and such, won't I?

If so, cant I just be billed so that I can have VIP back without having to set up again?

You wouldn't have to redo Notifications. I was just offering you a choice. If you want your VIP now, you would need to cancel the current subscription and do a new one. Or you can wait a few days for it to be processed.

Edit: Also it seems you are usually billed on the 16th of every month. I was just showing when your last payment was.
