Charged twice in less than a month.

Hello,

I was looking into my PayPal ACC and I noticed that on multiple occasions I have been charged twice in 1 month  :o. I have attached some screen shots cause one can only post 4 attachments per post :-\ but I have 6 screen shots showing the charges. I have included transactions IDs for all charges.

The first time I was charge was on Sept 30, 2016 (ID: 59479306986175614) then again on Oct 1 , 2016 (ID: 1XN34793PL285745A) then again on Oct 30, 2016 (ID: 9X901493KN215484R) then again on Nov 5, 2016 (ID: 9LG905908U1254502) then again on Nov 26, 2016 (ID: 30987337EX220764Y) and i just got charged Dec 5, 2016 (ID: 7TF8123500535102C).

I been using DeepBot for 3 months (since Sept 30,2016) and if my math doesn't fail me, that should be 3 x $5 = $15 and so far I have been charged $30.

Any idea as to why is this happening? And how can we fix this?  ???

My guess is you are subbed to Deepbot more than once. I would check your subscriptions and make sure you didn't create more than one. Guide on it: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/cancel_vip

Would you want the extra payments refunded or credited as VIP time? If credited as VIP time, I would cancel all subs till the extra VIP time runs out.

Thanx for the prompt response to this issue. I have checked the subscriptions in PayPal and I have only one (1) recurring payment to DeepBot. Please go ahead and refund the money to my account.

Please make sure that you don't refund this months payment as I wish to continue using the service.

Hi

I have checked on PayPal and you do indeed have 2 active subscriptions running. First one started on 26th June, and the second one on 30th Sep.
I have processed the requested refunds. To prevent further duplicate payments, I recommend cancelling one of the subscriptions on PayPal.

Who do I talk to about PayPal transactions directly? phone, email or through here?
Through PayPal, I have recently tried getting a refund for Dec 2016's subscription and I have already stopped recurring payments.
I have the refund and the overdraft fee, that was caused from DeepBot in my negative bank account was waved.
Now, DeepBot had the audacity to retry a payment through my bank account, which I have connected with my PayPal.
I do not understand and I'm assuming they have retried a recurring payment on their own when I have clearly stopped recurring payments on PayPal.
So I'm wondering what payment on Dec 9 is for on my bank account? I have tried calling both PayPal and my bank. Now, I'm coming directly to you guys.
My now negative bank account has an overdraft fee AGAIN. I just want to get in contact with someone about this because it can all be a misunderstanding.

I don't think it is from Deepbot if you cancelled the Subscription. It doesn't seem there has been any payments since the November 30th:




I would check your subscription list and see if maybe it was something else. Even a possibility of a sub to a twitch partner/streamer?

Hello guys,

So it happened again :( I got charged twice. Once yesterday and once today. Something must not be right.... in my PayPal acc I only got 1 recurring payment to DeepBot and somehow I'm getting charged twice every month as 2 different transactions. Any idea why?

NVM.... My apologies, you were right. I had indeed to subscriptions. I just have no idea how that happened. I have canceled 1 of them, however, one last payment was made before I was able to cancel this.

Please refund or credit to my VIP (whatever is easier for you)

Yes - There were two active subscriptions. Just so everyone is aware, there is no way for us to charge your PayPal account. The only way PayPal will release a payment to us is if you setup a standing instruction (Subscription).
I have refunded one of the duplicate subscription payments as requested.
