DeepBot is crashing on Song Requests

For the last two days whenever i start runing song requests it keeps poping crash error window every couple minutes.

Redo OAuth Logins? Running Deepbot as admin? Tried switching ports?

Tried all three, didn't help the thing is DeepBot is still working and songs are playing if you just leave the "Oops! Crash" window and don't click it, but it's still annoying.

Maybe something is blocking Deepbot? Virus Protector or Firewall?
Tried reinstalling the bot?

Nothing is blocking it, i didn't change anything and bug just appeared from nowhere. If i reinstall, how do i keep the database safe?

Backup everything in the "data" folder where Deepbot is installed. That's where your commands, user database and settings are saved.

As for the reason for the errors, it does look like something is blocking it like Repent/NumbLock says. Can you reach https://api.deepbot.tv/ by any chance? It should report with "SSL On" on the webpage if it's reachable by you. Also, there could potentially be file locks where ever you have it installed. I highly recommend keeping the folder either on your desktop or in Your Documents where your windows account will have full read/write rights.

Yesterday i had crash massage but DeepBot didn't crash after that, instead, while it still was connected commands stoped working so i had to reopen it.

The link you gave says "SSL On". I've reinstalled DeepBot today on to the desktop will test now to see if crash appears again.

Strange. Even crashes when no songs are in the playlist and song request is enabled?

Not really, seems like it crashes when songs are actually playing and stops if you pause them.

This bug probably appeared around a week ago, when i updated DeepBot with newer version.

Could try a DNS flush. Make sure Deepbot is closed when doing so.

Seems like DNS flush did something, at least no crashes today. I'll keep watching for a few days to make sure it doesn't appear again.

Hello, seems like crash doesn't appear anymore. I've started vip subscription, thanks for your work!

P.S. you should probably add more links and make them more obvious for the subscription page, it took me some time to find it, maybe there should be a link in account profile to make it easier to find.
