2nd Time This Bug Has Happened, PLEASE FIX

This is the second time my deepbot exclusive features have stopped working after I've already paid my monthly payment. Please find a way to fix this because I use the in chat functions every stream. Stream is: ThatGuyBertTV                   Bot is: TheInsomniacBot

So how did you receive the payment from my new name in March then my old name in April? You really need to fix something here because it's obviously not on my end.

I got everything situated with my new Twitch Username 'ThatGuyBertTV' the day I changed names. I went to a forum on here and everything to get it switched... Yet you guys still have me as my old username?!

We can't update paypal subscriptions since that is done through Paypal when you set the name you put on the subscription. In order to sub under your new name, you have to cancel the sub under your old name and resub under your new name when doing the payment.
