Increased Chance to Win for Subscribers/VIP members

Allowing for Certain Levels of VIP to have increased chances of winning a raffle.  I am a partnered broadcaster that does 10-20 giveaways a day for all viewers.  I think it would help me sell my subscription if there was also an added bonuse % to winning the raffles over regular viewers.  I still want to give regular viewers a chance at participating in the majority of my raffles but would like my subscribers/vip members to have an extra edge.

Increasing the percentage on raffles for subs might actually be against Twitch terms and conditions - you aren't allowed to have sub only giveaways, or in any way suggest that buying a sub will get you into, or win more, giveaways. That's due to gambling laws in most countries.

Correct - The way to achieve this is to give them more points (using scaled multipliers) and then use a ticket system. More tickets have a higher chance of winning.

That way it is more of a priority queue, where someone can get the same benefits of sub, with additional time spent in the stream.

Does anyone know if this Twitch policy is still in place? There is an area in DeepBot I think under Keyword Raffles that give VIPS more luck in winning. Is this violating Twitch's rules?

It is still in place as it's determined by individual gambling laws for your particular state/country. The "sub luck" isnt technically against this as entry is free.

Of course Twitch's stance on sub only raffles is basically "we didn't endorse this" so you also can at your own risk but refer to gambling laws where you are for a peoper stance on this.
