Sorting subscribers greyed out?

Recently got the affiliate sub button and for some reason I cannot filter subs through deepbot. Trying to make it so subs get 2x in stream currency. Tried contacting support on twitter and email...no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To make them get 2x points, you need to apply a User Class Point Multiplier to one of the VIP groups that subs are. Disable loyalty points on the config tab so you can edit the multipliers, enter 2.0 for the VIP level you have subs set to, and then re-enable it for subs to now have 2x point gain.
