Are per-user channel command cooldowns possible? For example, I've got the !coins command set up to check the points. The channel currency has become very popular, people are fighting for places on the leaderboard, comparing the riches and all that. A lot of fun overall.
However, it's a bit spammy when after a bank heist or arena all the participants go checking their coins, then, for example, they do a quick gamble (custom mini game) and check their coins again 10 seconds later. Is there a way to add a per-user cooldown. The overall cooldown is quite annoying as it prevents others from checking their points when someone has just done that, and to make matters worse, the bot doesn't say that the command is on cooldown, so they think that it's broken (similar problem with my quote command, I've got 1 min cooldown, but it confuses people when the bot just doesn't respond).
