Hi there!

A while ago the point adding mechanic stopped working for subs and follows.

I have absolutely no clue why. Everything else with points works well (song requests, earning for watching and so on).
I am connected with streamlabs. So I concider that the problem lies maybe somwhere in this connection, but I don't know how to fix it.

Help please

Follows should work. As for subs, if partnered, try the latest alpha update. If an affiliate, then you may have to wait for it. If gamewisp, could try redoing gamewisp connection.

Hi there!

I still have issues with the points for follows and subs. The follow, sub and resub is noticed by deepbot but still no points added.

Really don't know what to do.

Can you screenshot your notification settings for follows and subs?

now it seems working. guess I did a misstake at installing the update.
