when I try to add "!addcmd !host %8 @sendstreamermsg@[/host @target@]" from chat it adds extra letters to sendtreamermsg and makes it "@sendstreamermsg_na@" then the command doesn't work.

Yeah, that is a security feature. You would need to add the command via the program itself.
