Deepbot VIP not showing

Hello,
Im having an issue with my deepbot VIP not showing. It says I paid on the 2 days ago on the 30th as I have been for the past year, but right now it is saying my VIP is inactive. If someone could help with this, would appreciate it. Thanks!

Not seeing any payments for "iamemptychipbag".Maybe paid by e-check? Maybe you used a different name? If you want to tell me your paypal email, I can look up the payment that way too

the email I used was "emptychipbaggaming@gmail.com" Might have been under a different name but I changed my name 2 months ago and my deepbot was fine after I did that
