Deep bot Won't stay connected

When i click the connect button deepbot will connect and the button on top of the window goes green, then a few minutes later its red and been disconeccted and the box indicates that it is doconnected.  Is this normal?

Some other facts to mention. I have not streamed in a very long time (2 years) as i was unable to but still paid the VIP costs for the bot. is there some kind of issue that is keepig the bot from staying online?

after reading the error log i redid my oauth tokens and it still doesnt stay connected.

The errorlog doesn't show anything recent. Maybe a firewall or anti-virus is blocking deepbot? Tried different ports on the config tab? Running Deepbot as admin?
