Account Pending Status

Ive been using deepbot for a year now, while in confusion over the name change i had bought deepbot an additional 2 times. I asked for a refund through paypal now my account is pending

I have rebought the VIP and was wondering if theres a way change the application status off of pending?

If you do a refund through paypal, this will happen. If you asked the dev for a refund, he would have given it to you.

I also see that you are making payments under your bot name instead of Gordman_, which may also cause you not to have VIP.

Your application is not pending from what I see, but I am wondering if it is because you are logging into our system as the bot, rather than your streamer name.

I changed my twitch to just Gordman from Gordman_ . Not sure if this was updated either.

When i buy VIP my twitch account is linked and for Stream Name I put : Gordman , now I'm confused as to why its saying the bot is paying. :(

Still when I'm trying to login to my bot account it lets me login to twitch fine, but then when i click connect is says problem with OAuth Try Regenerating Code. 

And when i go to my account on deepbot's website it says account status pending.


Any more help would be greatly appreciated

Hi - Accounts that chargeback on PayPal are suspended as we have had quite a few instances of people who purchase the licence and then chargeback. I can see there have been a few chargebacks flagged against your account, so this is why the account was suspended. Looking into all the activity in detail, please see below a summary of your account status and actions taken.

Currently I can see you have two accounts on DeepBot:
1: Gordman_ - This is live
2: Gordman - This is suspended

I have now deactivated 'Gordman_' and removed the suspension from 'Gordman' and cleared the latest payment on 30th Dec 17 to apply VIP to the account 'Gordman'.

Please let me know if you still have issues.
