Hello,

I can see that you have created a new account under your new name as both accounts currently exist on our system.
I have therefore requested that this amount be refunded to you as this money did not need to be paid again.

I have informed the dev of this topic who should hopefully action the refund for you and have edited the post topic to advise as such.
