Hello, I help streamer Mazarin1k to run bot. He can't access sub manager. Is there anything specific he needs to do to access it or is it a bug?

Generally performing the streamer login within the bot and then restarting the bot should enable sub features on partnered streams.
Let me know if that does not work.
