From what I can gather Windows is denying access to the dll file "Ionic.Zip.dll" which appears to be something that Deepbot needs to be able to function, thus causing the crash.

Can you try running Deepbot in administrator mode? If you are running Windows 7 right click "Deepbot.exe" in either the folder where it is installed or in the "all programs" menu and click "Run as administrator".

Hmm, next step would be to check the permissions of the file. Navigate to where you have installed Deepbot and find the file "ionic.zip.dll". Right click it and press properties. Go to the following screen

On my side Administrators and SYSTEM looks like that, Authenticated users has "Full control" unticked and "Users" has only "Read" and "Read and execute" ticked. What does it show your side?

Weird. I do know these problems do occur more if you have Deepbot installed at root. Something to do with the way Windows handles permissions. It's the same reason why if you tried to copy anything into the folder yourself Windows will ask for extra permissions to perform it.

Glad it sorted itself out though.
