bot hanging till crash on startup

i start it as admin, and it just hangs at accessing global battle tag database. crashes if i click it. its been like this for 15 mins

Do you have a firewall running? It could be possible if you do that your firewall is preventing Deepbot from properly communicating with the host.

no fire wall running. on 4th start it worked, not to sure why..
