VIP Feature Access

As per the instructions I started a monthly subscription of $5, (or more), for access to the VIP features of the client. That was a week ago, and I think I may have slipped through the cracks.

If any staff could let me know how I can proceed to get this resolved, that would be great.

Hey there - I can see your VIP was activated on 11th August. So you should now have access to the follower notification and follower targets, as well as the OBS external chat.

I was led to understand via a question on the forums that someone answered that access to the hosting scheduler would also be available, which is the feature I am looking for the most. Is that correct?

Yes - The hosting manager under Streamer Messages will be enabled with the VIP system as well. Please ensure your Streamer Login is done and is connected.
