Yes if you pay the $10 beta entry fee you will be on boarded withing 24-48 hours and receive the link to download the bot.

Also, i saw some people getting the Not enough viewers. Is this still a thing? Also is 10-15 viewers possible to get deepbot?

We got no minimum viewer limit.
Only qualification to participate in the closed beta currently is the $10 entry fee.
