Right Click Menu - Add/Subtract + Send Msg (Chat Tab) [ woodydaocas ]

Hey there,
I'd like to request a feature, that is already present in "User database" - that is:
"Send twitch message" for winners of giveaways and such.. addind/substracting points is present in both tabs, but I really miss this in chat, so if it is not too much troube, it would be much appreciated.
