Bar users from Raffles

There should be a function that bars a Player from Raffles.

They will not get a message about it but can never win. This way you as a streamer can block Farmers.

Right click their name on the bot's list of users, and click edit user, check off exclude from Raffles.

Edit - Nevermind, but you can set it so they can't earn points on stream.
