(Channel Commands) Streamer Messages Not working

The tab (streamer Messages) under channel commands is all grayed out for me. I got the bot months ago when I wasn't partnered and since getting the bot I am now partnered. How can I access this feature?

That is an exclusive feature for VIP streams which requires a monthly subscription of $5 or more.  Find out more here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/VIP+Streams

Assuming by subscribe you mean VIP for Deepbot, you should gain access to this when your VIP gold star appears in the program (Which is found in the title bar). As you have recently signed up this can take up to 48 hours to complete. You may need to restart Deepbot for it to refresh itself.

If you are not a partner on Twitch: You will gain access to the automatic hosting manager.
If you are a partner on Twitch: You will gain access to the commercial manager as well as the automatic hosting manager.

The same day I posed this I went ahead and subscribed and paid. I know you said approx 48 hours till applied but mine has yet to be updated to VIP

Well I think I figured out the issuse, It looks as if it never went through my paypal. I just re subscribed and I see it did go through this time. Sorry for any confusion.
