Sub Manager Not Displaying Subs
« on: November 20, 2014, 10:15:41 PM »
Hello folks!

I've got an odd issue.  When I go into the Sub Manager feature, there are only 5 subs displaying as a "Bronze" point earner and none listed anywhere else.  When I try to move subs, there are still only 5 listed.  I'm well above 5 subs, but when I check my database it also only shows 5 people (both online and offline) that are listed as subs.

The biggest issue with this, is those subs aren't gaining points at the rate they are supposed to be gaining.

I ran this by the streamer chat within DeepBot and was advised to post over here.

Thanks in advance!

Bryan

Now, I do know that the Twitch has been a bit poor for the past two days which might have attribute to your current problem. I know SubAlert has been having problems, for example.

One thing you could try is doing a complete refresh of your followers. You can do this by going to the user database tab in Deepbot, right click any user and press "Refresh All Followers". Although this is for followers this should hopefully make another separate API call to see a list of all your current subscribers. Other then that you could see if this problem persists if the user database is fresh. Make a backup of the  "Users.bin" file found in the folder you installed Deepbot. Deepbot does do automatic backups but it's more of a precautionary measure then anything.

After this delete the file that was in this folder and start Deepbot. This should force the program to do all the necessary checks when reconstructing the Database again. As another measure please do ensure that you also log in with your bot as well as your Twitch channel in the program. Getting a list of your subscribers requires some special privileges with regards to getting a list of your subs. As you already have a list (albeit too small) I doubt this is the issue but worth noting just in case.

Lets us know if that works,
