Hmm, you have permissions on the server.  Can you confirm that you are logging in with the bot name "TRGtvBot" and the streamer name "TacticalRiotGamingTV"?

I can not change the Stream login. The bot data are entered correctly .

Your stream name is not Expertsonline, that is the creators name.  Your name is TacticalRiotGamingTV.  Please use this in the first box.
