Transferring Points from ModBot

Hey Guys I came across Deep bot about a week ago now from another streamer and I currently use Mod Bot as a points system in my stream. I would love to use deep bot instead but I was wondering if it is possible to transfer my viewers' points over from Mod Bot to Deep Bot.

Also do I need to have a certain amount of viewers to get access to deepbot?
