List of top amounts of time that the stream has been watched!

Okay, so my idea is that there should be a list sorta like the last 5/10 followers list, except for the amount of time that you have watched the stream! c:

There is a command called !tophours (1 - 14) where you can see the top list for people who have watched the stream the longest.
