Donation alert without picture

Hello, can you make me please code for donation alert only something like black background 1920x150 on the top and, text in the center of this place, purple text and white nickname od donator and value, please? Thank you very much.

You cannot create objects in CSS, but only style objects that are already there.

So I need to make only black picture, true? I thought in CSS you can make background with black color and with some sizes.
